Mark Kushinsky
Founder - Chief Executive Officer

Mark is responsible for the overall vision and direction of Insight Direct's solutions, leading its growth from one desktop to thousands. He conceived of the need for a service management software solution after experiencing how difficult it was to run his own service business. After installing the newly developed software, Mark was able to grow his single office service business to over 100 offices covering 38 states, with more than 2000 field service employees.

Mark is married and the father of one. He is a graduate of Arizona State University.

Christopher Chapman
Chief Operating Officer

Chris is responsible for VaZing's ability to meet the real world needs of field service businesses. He takes the complex functions faced by service businesses and creates intuitive solutions so that even the novice computer user can operate VaZing. Chris is considered one of the top authorities in automating the management and back office needs of service businesses and has helped thousands of single-site and franchise organizations streamline their business processes for growth, operational uniformity and profit maximization.

Chris is the father of three and is an avid golfer, poker player and sports fanatic with vast knowledge of useless sports trivia. Chris and his wife Allison are very active in the parents of children with autism community, helping to bring awareness and attention to searching for a remedy to a health epidemic which now affects 1 out of 150 children in the United States, including their son CJ.

James Koch
Chief Architect

James is responsible for leading the design and development of Insight Direct's products, including ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems, as well as architecture of the multi-tenant VaZing application. James gained technical and entrepreneurial notoriety early in life, as an independent shareware author with 200 customers in 12 countries by the age of fifteen. At eighteen he founded Flux Technologies, a company focused on new opportunities in online advertising, which was later acquired by Advertising.com and then AOL/TimeWarner.

Prior to joining Insight Direct in 2000, James' other ventures addressed field and sales force automation needs in the pharmaceutical, automotive sales and real estate markets, giving him extensive experience bringing the latest technological advances to businesses of all sizes.

Derek Gilmore
VP Engineering

Derek is responsible for Managing the Insight Direct Engineering, Customer Support and Quality Assurance teams.

Derek has more than 10 years of expertise in translating clients' complex business problems into scalable, reusable and user-friendly technology solutions. He has designed and built complex n-tier financial web applications from prototype to final product. Core competencies include OOD architecture, Java and .Net components, GUI design, creating product prototypes and requirements documentation.

Derek's years of professional experience includes work with the following organizations: Fidelity Investments, Thomson Financial, Sun Microsystems, Reliant Energy, Market Intelligence and Publishers Clearing House.

Paul Mandragouras
VP Sales

Paul is responsible for building and leading the Insight Direct world-class sales organization, overseeing sales of all products across all regions worldwide, and ensuring high-value interaction between Insight Direct and our customers and prospects. Long-term revenue growth, organizational excellence and strategic alignment of Insight Direct with our customers are the cornerstones of Paul's focus.

Preceding Insight Direct, Paul held various executive and sales management positions at companies including Forrester Research, Sprint Communications and Plumtree Software. Paul has a degree in Business Administration from Norwich University.
