What's With the Name?

We invented the word VaZing by using the last two syllables of the word "Servicing"…as in serVaZing. Get it? "Va" also means "go" or "to go" in many foreign languages and "Zing" means "pep" or "energy." But seriously…it's just fun to say.

How much do you charge for VaZing?

We charge 39 cents per job managed in VaZing. We think this is the best way to charge since your cost is based on how much you use it. If you have a slower season, your cost will go down. And it will cost a bit more during your high season. What could be better.

Does that mean you don't charge per user?

Yes…we do not charge per user. You can have as many users as you want and it doesn't cost a penny more.

Do you have any long term contracts?

Not at all. You can cancel anytime without a penalty. As long as you're happy using VaZing, keep using it. Of course we will be sad if you decide to discontinue, but we won't keep charging you.

How long is a Free Trial?

A Free Trial lasts 15 days. We have found that most people figure out if VaZing is right for them in just a few days….but we like to give a full 15 days just so you can be sure.

Do I need special software to use VaZing?

Nope. As long as you have Internet access, you're all set. Just sign up and create your account, then log in to manage your business anytime, anywhere, through any standard web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Will my data be secure?

Yes. Not only do we keep our servers in a secure data center, we use the latest data protection systems including firewalls, SSL encryption, database level encryption, redundant hard drives and recurring backups of all data.

What if I want to get my data back?

We hope you love VaZing and never want to leave. If you do, or if you just feel a bit more comfortable having a copy of your data, simply ask, and for a small fee, we will send a copy to you.
